Look no further, this is as good as it gets when it comes to Birthday Parties. All of our packages place an emphasis on active fun. We keep the kids playing and occupied, so you don’t have to. We have so many structured activities, you’ll be spoiled for choice. All of our food is sourced from the very best local vendors to ensure quality and freshness, and our packages all offer access to Razzmatazz Family Fun Center!


What do I need to book a birthday party?

All party reservations require a minimum deposit of $150 to hold your requested time. Deposits are non-refundable.

Can I reserve my party online?

All party package information is available on our website, and you may submit a party booking request to us electronically. However, all online requests are subject to availability and are in no way a guarantee of a confirmed booking. We endeavor to return all requests, via phone or email, within 24 hours, but sometimes it might take up to 48. If your request is urgent, or you have more detailed questions, please give us a call at (773) 376-2900.

Are there any restrictions I should know about before visiting Razzmatazz?

Yes, and thanks for asking…. Please be aware that we do not allow outside food or drink in the facility. We also do not allow chewing gum. We reserve the right to deny access to games, attractions, and the facility for violators of our policies.

May I bring my own food or drink?

We don't allow any outside food or drink into the facility. However, for our party guests, fruit, desert items, or dietary exceptions can be made. And of course.....bring your cake!

How many tables are in the party rooms?

The BIGTOP room (15 person party) comes with four round tables, and 2 long tables. The SIDESHOW room (26 person party) comes with six round tables and three long tables. 

How much seating is provided?

For the 15 person party, there is seating for 30 people. And for the 26 person party, seating for 50 people.


How far in advance do I need to book my party and what is your cancellation policy?

For the best booking options we recommend reserving at least four weeks prior to your event, however we are able to take bookings as little as two hours in advance. All times are subject to availability. Parties must be cancelled no less than 30 days in advance, if cancellation is requested less than 30 days prior to the event the deposit will be foreited.

Do I need to pay for a minimum number of children to book a Birthday Party?

Yes. On Saturdays and Sundays the minimum booking size is 15. Monday through Friday it is just 10. Our 26 person packages are a more economical option for larger groups. Additional guests to the larger package will be charged at a pro-rated cost rather than advertised individual prices.

Are there any age restrictions on the inflatables?

Yes. For the safety and comfort of our guests, no children older than 14 years are allowed on the inflatables other than by special event dispensation.

Is it possible to add 'time play' cards to a party?

Yes. For an additional $50 for one hour, or $75 for two hours.

Is it possible to add a third attraction to a party?

Yes. But please remember this promise is subject to availability. An additional attraction for one hour is $100.

What about an extra hour in the party room?

Yes. But, again, remember that this promise is always subject to availability. Cost is $100 p/hr. 

Can I add Bubble Soccer to my party?

Yes! It will be $250 to add it to a Champions or World Cup party, and $200 to add it to a Razzmatastic. Please note that because Bubble Soccer requires use of a large turf field, this add-on is subject to availability. Also, due to safety concerns, only children 14 and older are eligible to play.
